A telehealth visit for medication refills, acute illness care, lab orders and reviews, preventive screenings, sleep and nutrition guidance, and referrals as needed.

Hurt during training, exercise, or every day activity? Receive a rapid sports medicine assessment and receive the appropriate guidance including rehabilitation recommendations, and any indicated imaging or prescriptions.

No-shows or missed appointments without 24 hour notice: fee must be paid before you will be allowed to reschedule.
Exceptions for true emergencies (family and medical emergencies).
This is not meant to be punitive, with less than 24 hour notice, the appointment time is not able to be filled by another patient and 24 hours before your appointment, time is spent preparing for your appointment. By scheduling an appointment you are consenting to this policy.

Medication Requests
Please do not have your pharmacy send refill requests on your behalf, as we do not respond to these. For any medication changes or refill requests, you must schedule an appointment with your provider.
Controlled Substances
We only prescribe controlled substances if we are your sole prescriber for these medications. If dosage adjustments are needed, you must be seen at least every 30 days. Once your treatment is stable, follow-up visits are required at least every 90 days.
We limit the use of controlled medications, especially benzodiazepines. Your prescription history will be verified through medical and pharmacy records from the past 3 months. If records are unavailable, treatment will be restarted based on your history, our clinical assessment, and current guidelines.
Services We Do Not Provide
When you click Book Now, you will be directed to our secure patient portal, hosted by FlexMed PLLC, our licensed clinical partner. All scheduling, medical records, and patient communications are managed within this HIPAA-compliant system to protect your privacy.
In the case of emergency, such as thoughts of harming yourself or others, please call 911 immediately or go to the nearest emergency room. You may also call the national suicide prevention lifeline at 988, which is a confidential hotline staffed by trained mental health counselors 24 hours per day, 7 days per week.
