How It Works

1. Schedule Your Appointment

Click the Book Now button to access our secure patient portal. From there, you’ll confirm whether you’re a new or returning patient, choose the type of appointment you need, and select a date and time that fits your schedule. Complete your quick registration, and our team will confirm your appointment.

2. Connect With Your Provider

Meet face-to-face with your provider through a secure video visit — from home, the office, or wherever your day takes you. No travel, no waiting rooms, just convenient care on our HIPAA-compliant telehealth platform.

3. Receive Your Personalized Plan

Together, you and your provider will create a plan tailored to your needs. If medication is part of your care, prescriptions can be sent to your preferred pharmacy, often the very same day.

Telehealth Services

Telehealth Made Simple

Receive secure, private care for your mental, physical, and overall wellness needs from the comfort of your own home or wherever you feel most at ease. There are no apps to download and no complicated steps—simply click your secure link and connect.

What You’ll Need

A reliable internet connection, either WiFi or strong mobile data.

A computer, tablet, or phone with a camera and microphone.

A quiet, private space for your appointment.

Pro Tips for a Smooth Session

Close extra tabs or applications, especially those that use video.

Avoid streaming or large downloads during your appointment.

Use a wired headset or keep only one Bluetooth device connected.

How It Works

At your scheduled time, click the secure link sent to you by text or email to enter our virtual waiting room. Your provider will join you there and guide you through the visit.

In the case of emergency, such as thoughts of harming yourself or others, please call 911 immediately or go to the nearest emergency room. You may also call the national suicide prevention lifeline at 988, which is a confidential hotline staffed by trained mental health counselors 24 hours per day, 7 days per week.
