Operation Resiliency is a healthcare management and support organization that connects patients with comprehensive, private-pay telehealth services. Through our clinical partner, Flex Med PLLC, patients can access whole-person care including psychiatric medication management, therapy, primary care visits, lab testing, hormone evaluations, and wellness strategies.

Operation Resiliency was created to make healthcare simple, personal, and accessible. We offer a concierge-style approach that puts you in control of your care, with direct communication and quick access to your provider when you need it.


Our model eliminates the delays and restrictions that often come with insurance, allowing us to focus on streamlined, evidence-based services tailored to you. From mental health support to primary care needs, you’ll receive care that addresses the whole person—mind, body, and spirit.

For those who desire it, we also offer faith-based options that integrate Christian and Catholic values into your treatment plan, while maintaining the same high standard of clinical excellence for all patients.


With flexible scheduling, telehealth convenience, and a team committed to personalized, barrier-free care, Operation Resiliency ensures you get the attention and support you deserve, without the hassle.


We are based in Fredericksburg, Virginia, and provide secure telehealth services to patients across the entire state of Virginia.

Same-day or next-day appointments may be available. Additional fees may apply for same-day scheduling.


We provide psychiatric evaluations, medication management, therapy sessions, primary care visits, lab orders and reviews, hormone health evaluations, and preventive wellness visits.


Most initial evaluations are 60 minutes. Follow-ups are typically 20–30 minutes, depending on your needs.


At your scheduled time, you’ll receive a secure link via text or email. Click the link to enter our virtual waiting room — no apps or downloads required.


A reliable internet connection, a device with a camera and microphone, and a quiet, private space.


Currently, we are licensed to see patients located in Virginia at the time of their appointment.


We do not accept insurance at this time. We are a private-pay practice, allowing us to provide care without restrictions imposed by insurance companies.


We accept all major credit and debit cards through our secure HIPAA-compliant platform, PracticeQ. Payment is collected at the time of booking or the start of your appointment.


A superbill is an itemized statement that you can submit to your insurance for possible out-of-network reimbursement. We can provide one upon request after your appointment.


Yes, medication refills are available for chronic conditions and psychiatric medications if clinically appropriate. Controlled substances require more frequent visits and adherence to our prescribing policies.


Yes, in certain cases, and only if we are your sole prescriber for that medication. You must be seen every 30 days if adjusting doses, and at least every 90 days once stable.


We limit the use of benzodiazepines and require recent medical and pharmacy records before prescribing. If unavailable, treatment will be restarted based on your history, clinical assessment, and guidelines.


We do not provide emotional support animal letters, case management, disability evaluations, forensic evaluations, return-to-work or firearm clearance assessments, or court-ordered/involuntary treatment.


Yes. We offer Christian/Catholic-based care upon request, integrating faith, morals, and values into your treatment plan while providing the same evidence-based medical and mental health care we offer to all patients.


Yes, with your consent, we can communicate with your primary care provider, therapist, or specialists to ensure continuity of care.


We partner with a trusted sports medicine provider to address injuries and pain that may affect your mental or physical health.


When you schedule an appointment through Operation Resiliency, your care will be provided by Flex Med PLLC, our licensed clinical partner. Flex Med PLLC’s team of physicians, nurse practitioners, and therapists delivers all medical and therapeutic services.

Operation Resiliency supports your journey by making access to care simple and seamless. When you click Book Now, you’ll be taken to Flex Med PLLC’s secure, HIPAA-compliant patient portal where you can schedule visits, access your records, and communicate directly with your provider.
