Does Insurance Cover Your Care?

You don’t need insurance to access care at Operation Resiliency.

We currently operate on a self-pay model because we believe the ability to get the care you need shouldn’t depend on whether you have insurance. Whether you’re uninsured, between jobs, have a high deductible plan, or simply don’t have coverage for the care you’re looking for, our goal is to make quality telehealth care accessible.

Our initial appointment can range from $99 – $325, giving you an affordable way to meet with a provider, discuss your needs, and determine the appropriate next steps for your care.

We plan to accept insurance in the future, but until then, we don’t want payment to be the reason you go without care.

What Does Your Initial Appointment Pricing Include?

All appointments are centered around your individual needs, concerns, and goals. During your initial evaluation, your provider takes the time to understand what you’re experiencing and work with you on an appropriate path forward.

Depending on the care you need, your appointment may include:

The goal isn’t simply to get you through an appointment. It’s to help you move forward with a plan that makes sense for you.

What Could Affect Your Total Telehealth Cost?

While our self pay model is designed to keep pricing straightforward, the total cost of your care can vary depending on the services and treatment you need.

Factors that may affect what you spend over time include:

  • The type of care you receive: Different services have different appointment and treatment needs.
  • Initial vs. follow-up appointments: Your first appointment may differ in cost from ongoing visits.
  • How often you need care: Some people may need only occasional appointments, while others benefit from ongoing care.
  • Medications or treatments: If medication or another treatment is recommended, those costs may be separate from your appointment.
  • Labs or testing: Certain services may require laboratory work or other testing, which may have additional costs.

We want you to have a clear understanding of your care and potential expenses before you move forward, so you can make decisions that work for both your health and your budget.
