Michael Murphy
Operation Resiliency was built from years spent in environments where performance was expected regardless of what someone was carrying.
Before entering healthcare, Michael served as a Force Recon Marine Scout Sniper. He later worked in trauma nursing and psychiatric mental health, where he saw the same pattern repeatedly: people managing stress, burnout, injuries, poor sleep, anxiety, depression, chronic pain, and declining performance while continuing to push forward because they felt they had no other choice.
Many never sought help because they did not feel understood. Others tried but found themselves navigating rushed appointments, disconnected providers, long wait times, and healthcare systems that treated symptoms without addressing the bigger picture.
Those experiences became the foundation for Operation Resiliency.
The mission was never to create another healthcare company. The goal was to build a more personal, connected system where providers communicate, follow up, and work together to understand the whole person. A system that recognizes the connection between mental health, physical health, recovery, performance, and long-term well-being.
Today, Operation Resiliency brings together mental health care, therapy, primary care, hormone optimization, weight management, sports medicine, and performance-focused healthcare under one roof.
At its core, Operation Resiliency exists for people who carry a lot: parents, professionals, business owners, first responders, veterans, athletes, and anyone trying to perform at a high level while balancing the demands of everyday life.
Because people deserve healthcare that understands the realities of the life they’re actually living.
