About

Operation Resiliency

Operation Resiliency delivers physician-guided
telehealth for mental health, primary care, and
performance optimization, built for driven individuals
and families who expect more from their care.

Built from experience. Designed for better outcomes.

Operation Resiliency was built out of firsthand experience with a system that didn’t hold up under pressure.
When performance, recovery, and long-term health matter, gaps in care become obvious. In traditional healthcare, access is inconsistent, providers operate in silos, and progress depends more on navigating the system than actually improving.
After going through that firsthand, the path forward for our founder was clear: build a model where care is connected, providers stay involved, and every decision supports progress.

That’s what Operation Resiliency was built to deliver.

Michael Murphy

Founder, Operation Resiliency

Why Operation Resiliency was created

Operation Resiliency was built for people carrying more than most people see. The mission is simple: create a more personal, connected approach to mental health, performance, recovery, and longevity for individuals expected to keep showing up every day under pressure.

Built from experience. Designed for better outcomes.

Care is delivered by a coordinated team of providers across primary care, mental health, and performance-focused medicine, all working together as one connected system.
